What matters most is long-term commitment and a genuine interest in building stability within the clinic and team.About the position:We're looking for a physician who's ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to practice hands-on medicine.This role offers a balanced mix of direct patient care and administrative oversight. You'll care for patients while also helping guide clinic performance, support providers, and partner with state leadership to ensure goals around quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction are met.This is a Monday through Friday clinic schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm. There is no part-time or reduced schedule option for this role.Compensation:Compensation is highly competitive, with a posted hourly range of $120–$150 per hour, translating to approximately $250,000–$312,000 annually, plus eligibility for up to a 10% performance bonus tied to KPIs and clinic performance metrics.What you'll be responsible for:Providing direct occupational medicine and workers' compensation careSupervising and supporting APPs and treating physiciansReviewing and signing off on charts as neededPartnering with the Practice Manager on staffing and day-to-day operationsSupporting state-level medical leadership to ensure clinic performance goals are achievedHelping drive patient satisfaction and operational consistencyYou'll work alongside a strong clinic team that includes APPs, physicians, medical assistants, X-ray techs, physical therapists and PTAs, front office staff, and a Practice Manager.We're open to experienced leaders as well as physicians who are ready for their first formal leadership role. What matters most is long-term commitment and a genuine interest in building stability within the clinic and team.Qualifications:MD or DOActive Colorado medical license in good standingBoard Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, PM&R, or OrthopedicsCurrent DEA licenseCurrent BLS certificationFMCSA certification for DOT exams, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hireColorado DOWC Level I & II accreditation strongly preferred (required within 6 months; certification expenses covered)Two years of Occupational Medicine experience highly preferredWe will also consider physicians with strong workers' compensation experience in urgent care, family medicine, emergency medicine, sports medicine, or internal medicine settingsInterview process:30-minute Teams interview with the State Medical Director30-minute Teams interview with the Director of OperationsFinal on-site visit to meet the clinic teamWe're looking for someone who wants to plant roots, lead from the front, and help shape the long-term success of the clinic. xhyhwjd If you're interested in a stable weekday schedule, strong compensation, and meaningful leadership responsibility, we'd welcome the conversation.
