AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards and an eye for merchandising, and you pay keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your base you also support your team and guests on the sales floor as needed, always representing AEO values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. Maintain the stockroom by keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized and efficient. Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, develop plans, and take action to correct them. Assist teammates with non‑stock tasks and guest service when necessary. Prioritize safety; follow Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Love AE and Aerie products. Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent time‑management and priority‑setting. Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Prior stock‑related experience.

PAY AND BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
