The Clerk will be responsible for recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, and preparing financial reports. This position is ideal for someone looking for a consistent schedule with a focus on basic bookkeeping tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Record financial transactions
• Manage accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements
• Invoice clients
• Manage payroll
• Make tax deposits
• Occasional customer service
• Maintain and update spreadsheets
• Other financial related duties

Qualifications / Skills:

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting practices, QuickBooks experience is required.
• Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
• General math skills
