Responsibilities:

Address Payroll related inquiries from employees and management

Gather daily job site reports, input data into Excel spreadsheets, and verify entries for completeness and accuracy

Process payroll accurately and on time each week

Generate payroll reports for management review

Maintain Payroll Software

Process and Onboard New Hire information in payroll system

Scanning and Maintaining Electronic filing for payroll reports and employee information

Regularly attend safety meetings and contribute by sharing relevant safety updates, guidelines, and information to support a safe working environment on-site.

Gather all credit card receipts, record transactions in QuickBooks, and perform a thorough audit to ensure all receipts are accounted for and accurately entered

Responsible for maintaining company compliance with all third-party regulatory and compliance entities

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in payroll administration or a related field

• Solid organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual preferred

• Experience with QuickBooks preferred
