Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health issues and crafting personalized treatment plans that align with company policies.

• Maintaining a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing quality therapy sessions that address specific client needs.

• Documenting session notes and treatment reviews meticulously, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and facilitating effective treatment continuity.

• Delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport with clients, and collaborating with a diverse team to fill gaps in community mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
