Fresh Express Salads is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician to safely maintain and repair processing, packaging and facility equipment for optimal quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include CMMS operations, PLC/electrical troubleshooting, reading schematics, and supporting preventive maintenance.
