Customer Service Representative

Enjoy talking to people and solving problems on the spot? We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to work face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail locations across Chicago.

What You'll Do

Represent brands at events and customer engagement campaigns

Talk with customers, answer questions, and explain products clearly

Help customers through sign-ups, applications, or purchases

Work with the team to hit performance goals
