3rd Shift: Quality Assurance Technician - Food/Beverage Manufacturing

3rd Shift - Quality Assurance Technician Department: Quality Reports to: Quality Supervisor/Quality Manager The 3rd Shift QA Technician is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) position covering Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM based at Circle's manufacturing headquarters. No remote work option. Key Responsibilities Working alongside and coaching the production team to ensure compliance with SOPs. Batch testing: pH, Brix, TA, sensory testing. Batch record creation, review, and filing. Production printer setup, changes, and print verification. Oversee Retainer Sample Library. Inbound ingredient document control: COA, SDS, etc. Production‑related chemical usage and inventory. EMP swabbing. 3rd Party sample capture, preparation, and delivery to a 3rd‑party lab. Manage equipment calibration program. Help lead corrective action investigation and logging. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years leading or overseeing a food/beverage manufacturing quality program. Eligibility to work in the USA. Valid driver’s license. Experience in HACCP and SQF food safety systems. Preferred, but not required: certification in HACCP, PCQI, and/or SQF Practitioner. Proven track record of dedication to making safety and quality a top priority and working collaboratively in a team environment.
