Travel LPN - LPN

American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a Home Health assignment supporting an EMR transition to HCHB PointCare, requiring at least one year of home health experience and HCHB PointCare experience.

Job Details

• Home health setting supporting transition to HCHB PointCare across multiple locations,
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,
• Training initially takes place at a Beaverton, OR location before transitioning on-site starting 11/1,
• Schedule includes three weeks of HCHB PointCare training followed by three weeks of on-site go-live and preceptor support,
• Training weeks include in-person sessions Tuesday through Thursday and virtual sessions Monday and Friday,
• Clinician will not provide full-time bedside care, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation,
• Serves as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to current travelers and staff during go-live,

Job Requirements

• Oregon LPN license required if applicable; license pending is acceptable,
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required,
• HCHB PointCare experience required,
• Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting others,
