American Traveler
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN to support an EMR transition to HCHB PointCare, serving as a preceptor during go-live with at least one year of home health experience required.
Job Details • Home Health setting supporting Providence at Home locations in Oregon,• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM,
• First three weeks include HCHB PointCare training (in-person Tuesday-Thursday, virtual Monday and Friday),
• Final three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff,
• Training location differs from final on-site work location, with transition occurring November 1,
• Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation, Job Requirements • Active OR RN license (or Oregon license pending accepted),
• At least one year of Home Health experience required,
• HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs,
• Tech-savvy with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills, Additional Information • Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff during EMR go-live,
• Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB PointCare, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools,
• No RTO accepted for this short-term contract
