Healthcare Administrative Assistant - Client Services (Entry Level)

OVERVIEW:

Start your career in healthcare operations! Green Light is a growing healthcare technology company helping providers and health plans resolve claims more efficiently. We're looking for a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrative Assistant to support our Client Services team. This role includes administrative support, managing incoming phone communications, and serving as the front desk point of contact for our office. In-person visitor traffic is minimal and primarily consists of deliveries, vendors, and building management, while the majority of client communication and support is handled by phone and email. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in healthcare operations, client services, and administrative support in a fast-paced and growing company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage incoming calls, emails, and documentation and route inquiries to the appropriate team members Serve as the front desk point of contact, including greeting occasional visitors and handling deliveries Perform accurate data entry and assist with healthcare claims-related tasks Support internal workflows and day-to-day administrative operations Provide professional support to clients, providers, team members and business partners Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Previous administrative, customer service, healthcare, or office experience is helpful but not required.
