Responsibilities

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who support QTS's mission uphold our core values.

Strategic candidate management able to assess complex negotiations.

Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools.

Drive Recruitment Technology Strategy to support talent pool development and sustainability.

Responsible for implementation and administration of recruitment technology tools and systems.

Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and low time to fill metrics.

Proactively network to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools.

Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.

Represents the QTS employment brand through social media, networking, and other avenues by maintaining a professional presence.

Must be able to travel based on client and business needs, estimated 10% or less.

Basic Qualifications

Eight or more years of talent acquisition, human resources, or equivalent experience

Four or more years of direct recruiting experience with at least two years in a corporate setting

Two or more years of project or program management experience

Four or more years' experience working with Applicant Tracking and/or HRIS Systems

Preferred Qualifications

Diversity recruiting experience

Experience recruiting exempt and non-exempt employees nationwide

This position is Bonus/Commission eligible.

This job may be eligible for equity.

The estimated pay range for this role, if based in Virginia, is:

$89,649.02 - 137,097.25

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is open to candidates outside of Virginia with compensation that aligns with your location.
