Join our dynamic team as a Senior HR Recruiter, where you'll play a pivotal role in recruiting top talent for our branch ambassador positions across the East Coast to Texas. Your ability to connect with clients, build relationships, and think strategically will drive our growth and success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to recruitment and ability to navigate change strategically
• Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (12 hires per month)
• Ability to build relationships and understand client needs
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a dynamic work environment
• Ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
• Experience with contract-to-hire opportunities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Recruit for branch ambassador positions, equivalent to teller roles
• Connect with clients to build relationships and educate them on products and services
• Collaborate with market and branch managers to fill projected growth needs
