Technical Recruiter
Location: Hybrid (3 days) in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA Duration: 12+ months Pay Range: $40-50/hr on W2 without benefits
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a senior recruiter. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless recruiting process for both candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
- Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification
- At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- At least 1 year experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent
- Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the company's talent brand, screening candidates, advising hiring managers, and negotiating job offers
- Source stellar candidates through search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques
- Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
- Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)
- Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs
