A sales professional is responsible for selling vehicles to customers, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase. Understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating prices, and handling paperwork. Staying informed about new models, financing options, and industry trends.

Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and building rapport.

Vehicle Presentation: Showcasing vehicle features, demonstrating capabilities, and conducting test drives.

Sales Negotiation: Negotiating prices, financing options, and closing sales deals.

Paperwork and Documentation: Preparing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other necessary paperwork.

Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on new models, features, and industry trends.

Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, including addressing concerns and inquiries.

Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
