Program Administrator (Education Benefits) — Make school possible for working adults

The Program Administrator brings that purpose to life by supporting education benefit programs and helping ensure each program is easy to understand, access, and navigate.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Three (3) or more years of experience working with education benefit programs

• Three (3) or more years of experience in relationship management

• Five (5) or more years of experience working in a service-driven environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Process & Workflow Management

• Strong technical aptitude utilizing the company’s standard development platforms

• Attention to detail across all aspects of the role

• Fluency with Office 365 products (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, exempt salaried position, and the expected regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CT. Hours may be flexible and vary as needed.
