Legal Officer

The Legal Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across the Company's commercial lending and financial operations. This position will work closely with management, internal departments, headquarters, and outside counsel to support matters involving commercial loans, collections, litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosure, OREO, corporate governance, and other legal and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong legal background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters in a fast-paced financial services environment.
