Student Radiologic Technologist: Performs under the supervision and general direction of Radiology Director and Staff Radiologic Technologists: Takes radiographs of bones and body organs for diagnostic purposes. Operates radiologic apparatus, including diagnostic X-Ray units and other specialized equipment. This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. He or she will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties requested by his or her supervisor that are within the scope of practice for this position.

Qualifications

Experience

Required

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology; current trends and techniques of x-ray technology. Senior student of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology.
