Job: Recruiter

Location: Hybrid Role | Canton, OH & Streetsboro, OH
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hour

Type: Contract Opportunity with Potential for Permanent Hire

Adecco is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire positions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people find work, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Schedule & Location

• 2 days onsite at a client location in Canton, OH
• 3 days onsite at the Adecco office in Streetsboro, OH

What You'll Do

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates for open positions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for client hiring needs
• Provide outstanding service to candidates, associates, and clients
• Respond to employee inquiries and support ongoing staffing needs
• Build strong relationships with clients and associates
• Assist with special projects and Branch operations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Recruiting, staffing, customer service, or HR experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet-based sourcing tools

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
