Regularly inspect and test equipment to identify malfunctions and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards. Execute structural and utility repairs independently or in collaboration with internal and external trades. Maintain detailed records of work performed and inspections while managing inventory and requisitioning necessary parts and supplies. Provide timely support for emergency calls and handle additional duties as assigned to support facility operations. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Drivers License preferred. Maintenance Professional preferred. Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred. Education High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What Additional Preferences We’re Seeking Experience with HVAC, electrical and general building maintenance preferred.
