Job Description:

The role involves working as a Registered Nurse in a Burn Trauma Intensive Care Unit, utilizing critical care equipment and handling trauma and burn cases. The position requires expertise in critical thinking and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care in a 2:1 patient ratio for ICU and 4:1 for PCU.
• Perform procedures including wound care, handling codes, EVDs, and MTP.
• Float to MSICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any PCU unit as required.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure best patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Trauma, Burn, Surgical ICU experience
• Communication and critical thinking skills
• Current RN certification
