As a Facilities Maintenance Worker I, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment by repairing plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating and ventilating, painting, and machinery. Maintain the general upkeep of grounds areas. Including mowing, weed eating, pick up liter, etc. Perform janitorial duties. Assist housekeeping as needed.
