About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategy and Business Operations to lead the development and execution of its integrated corporate plan. This senior role is pivotal in defining the company's strategic direction, setting financial goals, and ensuring that the entire organization is aligned and capable of executing the plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a single, integrated view of the business that reflects a balance of growth and profitability, and for driving the company's OKR architecture. Key responsibilities include owning the long-range plan, enabling the strategy across the company, and maintaining a current view of the market. The role also involves running the function AI-natively, with a focus on building and redesigning planning and investment-allocation processes, and developing the team to operate in an AI-driven environment. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with a background in top-tier management consulting and corporate strategy or business operations within a technology company. Strong financial fluency, practical proficiency with AI tools, and a proven track record of translating corporate ambition into scalable AI and agentic automation frameworks are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS, with a preference for those with a background in contact center, customer experience, or adjacent cloud infrastructure. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly recommended. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with imperfection, can operate on imperfect data, and is adept at executive communication. The candidate should be a decisive, AI-native operator, capable of leading a small, senior team and driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives.
