The role also involves running the function AI-natively, with a focus on building and redesigning planning and investment-allocation processes, and developing the team to operate in an AI-driven environment. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience, with a background in top-tier management consulting and corporate strategy or business operations within a technology company. Strong financial fluency, practical proficiency with AI tools, and a proven track record of translating corporate ambition into scalable AI and agentic automation frameworks are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS, with a preference for those with a background in contact center, customer experience, or adjacent cloud infrastructure. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly recommended. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with imperfection, can operate on imperfect data, and is adept at executive communication. The candidate should be a decisive, AI-native operator, capable of leading a small, senior team and driving the company's strategic and operational initiatives.
