About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Member, Care Delivery, and Quality Communications. This executive will be the enterprise leader responsible for developing and leading the company's communication strategies in these areas. The role involves ensuring that members receive clear, timely, and trusted communications that support care delivery priorities, improve understanding, and reinforce quality outcomes. The successful candidate will serve as the primary communications partner to care delivery leadership, modernize communication capabilities, and oversee the development of member-facing content. They will also be responsible for online reputation management, health observances, and patient-facing communication strategies. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' leadership experience in communications, with a strong background in healthcare operations, customer experience, and quality improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and a proven track record in managing complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional initiatives. The Vice President will be expected to have a deep understanding of healthcare delivery systems, member experience, and customer engagement, and to work closely with various internal teams to ensure a consistent and effective communication experience for members. Experience in highly regulated environments and a focus on governance, measurement, and operational excellence in communication strategies are essential.
