About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Partnership Development to play a pivotal role in the enterprise strategy and growth agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end process of identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions, with a focus on expansion into key markets. This includes the pursuit of additional physician practices, health plans, and other entities. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in M&A, the ability to build and develop high-performing teams, and a strong background in corporate and partnership development within the healthcare sector. The VP will also be tasked with cultivating new business relationships, developing business cases, and ensuring the seamless integration of completed transactions. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in healthcare leadership roles, a Bachelor's degree, and a demonstrated history of success in enterprise strategy execution. The role requires a collaborative and influential leader who can work across the organization to align diverse stakeholders and drive systemic influence. Essential skills include comprehensive opportunity assessment, business intelligence, and the ability to manage complex M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and experience within a multi-site, matrixed integrated system. The VP will be a key member of the leadership team, partnering to manage enterprise strategic growth and will be expected to have a strong network of external industry contacts.
