Customer Service / Call Center Representative
DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Representative to be the vital link between our service department and our valued customers! Embark on an opportunity that leads to career growth!
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent phone etiquette, and communication skills
- A positive, patient, and active listener
- Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Previous Service BDC preferred

What You'll Do:
- Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
- Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamless service experience
- Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
