The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven early childhood leader to join the leadership team at our locally family-owned organization.

We are looking for a Director who can lead with confidence, build strong teams, support families well, and create a positive, professional center culture where children and staff thrive.

Qualifications:

Tennessee Director qualifications required

Previous child care leadership experience required in a large center-based setting

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to lead teams positively and professionally
