F&B Training Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented F&B Training Manager to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen service excellence within Food & Beverage operations. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and subject matter experts to ensure team members at all levels have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to provide world-class dining experiences. Key Responsibilities Research, design, and implement training programs for Food & Beverage staff across casual and full-service dining venues. Partner with subject matter experts and F&B leadership to identify learning needs and define objectives. Develop training materials including guides, workbooks, online modules, and job aids. Coordinate and facilitate various training approaches, including classroom sessions and on-the-job training. Utilize needs analysis and data to evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations. Requirements and Qualifications Required Experience in F&B training, hospitality operations, or Learning & Development. Strong facilitation and instructional design skills. Familiarity with adult learning principles and training evaluation models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred Experience in both quick-service and full-service dining operations. Extensive knowledge of luxury service standards. Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning development software (e.g., Articulate 360). #J-18808-Ljbffr
