You will influence these dealerships to partner with DSI for their aftermarket solutions, educating them on our products, and driving new business. If you’re a results-driven sales professional passionate about the automotive aftermarket industry, this is your chance to make an impact.Responsibilities:Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealership leadership and dealer groups throughout your assigned territoryInfluence dealerships to partner with DSI for their aftermarket solutions, driving new business and increasing market share with both new and existing clientsEducate dealership leaders and sales teams on industry trends, helping them stay ahead of the curve in aftermarket solutionsPresent and sell DSI’s pricing, packages, and warranties to drive growth and customer loyaltyWork closely with local 4WP/ORW retail stores and dealerships to ensure seamless product installations, delivering high-quality products and services with speed to marketUphold the DSI customer-first philosophy, ensuring every interaction results in a top-tier experiencePrepare sales forecasts, develop a sales pipeline, and consistently drive activity to close dealsExceed sales and profit targets, contributing to both the growth and profitability of DSIThrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a laser focus on resultsUphold DSI’s core values of integrity, teamwork, and customer-first service in all your interactionsQualifications:3+ years of experience selling Aftermarket or OEM parts/solutionsHigh School Diploma or equivalent relevant experience required; additional education is a plusMust possess a valid driver’s license for a least five (5) years and no major violations; employment contingent upon the successful completion of motor vehicle record (MVR) checkProven success in acquiring new customers, developing relationships, and growing market share within your territoryDemonstrated success in achieving revenue, market share, and profitability goals.Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makersHighly competitive, self-motivated, and committed to team success with safety and integrity top of mindWork Environment:Daily travel in your territory is required.
