The Position Responsible for the operation, maintenance, administration and improvement of selected infrastructure systems & platform systems. Relationships Reports to Manager. Essential Functions Evaluate existing supported virtualization and SAN systems and design proposed systems to ensure lifecycle management of those systems including new technologies Ensure that installation, troubleshooting, qualification & validation of infrastructure systems meets local and regulatory requirements Collaborate with team to design, build, & operate the overall Virtualization environment including storage & backup of data that meets stakeholder needs Assist in training team members to ensure coverage & business continuity through coaching and developing their knowledge and skill set Serve as a primary support resource of IT platforms, providing Tier 2 and 3 support as defined in support model Monitor systems & respond to IT incidents Serve in the team’s on call rotation and provide after-hours support to the site as required to support production needs Ensure IT systems are available, capable, and accessible to meet production & business requirements Direct internal process changes as required to ensure secure and available systems to support production needs （此处内容已截断，请按需求完整粘贴） #J-18808-Ljbffr
