Program Assistant
Are you an organized, compassionate professional who enjoys supporting others? Join a senior living community where you'll play a key role in supporting residents, coordinating programs, and providing administrative assistance to a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, responsive support to senior residents
- Assist with scheduling, resident communications, and community activities
- Maintain accurate records, files, and program documentation
- Answer phones, manage emails, and welcome visitors
- Support case managers with administrative and resident service tasks
- Help ensure residents receive timely and professional support
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2+ years of administrative, customer service, program coordination, or office support experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information
- Friendly, patient, and service-focused approach
Preferred
- Experience working with seniors, housing programs, social services, or nonprofits
- Experience supporting case managers or resident services teams
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Open ended contract | Monday to Friday | 8AM-5PM ONSITE
