Part-Time Primary Care Physician - Community Health Center

Lake County

Lake County Health Department in Waukegan is seeking qualified physicians to provide comprehensive medical care to our community. Responsibilities include working with the care team to address health concerns and maintaining awareness of health disparities. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine, hold a medical license in Illinois, and preferably have residency experience in primary care.
