Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Why This Opportunity Stands Out $40M-$100M+ ground-up, expansion, and renovation projects Industrial, higher education, healthcare, commercial, and institutional work Fully staffed project teams with strong field and office support Annual bonus + profit sharing + vehicle allowance Clear advancement path toward Project Executive / operations leadership Leadership team focused on mentorship, development, and internal promotion What You'll Be Doing Lead projects from preconstruction through turnover and closeout Own budgeting, buyout, forecasting, cost control, and change management Manage owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor relationships Lead OAC meetings and maintain proactive communication across project stakeholders Partner closely with Superintendent and field leadership on schedule, logistics, quality, and safety Oversee Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers Identify project risk early and drive solutions to keep projects on schedule and financially successful Mentor and develop emerging project management talent What They're Looking For 7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC / CM Experience leading large-scale construction projects, ideally $40M+ Strong background in project financials, forecasting, subcontractor management, and scheduling Experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher education, institutional, or similarly complex construction Strong owner-facing communication and team leadership skills Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Engtal
