Finance & Operations Lead

San Francisco Bay Area · Global Offices or Remote Available What we're looking for As Finance & Operations Lead at Wordbricks, you will own the company's finance function end to end, from day-to-day accounting oversight to planning and investor-ready reporting, and keep our operations running smoothly as we scale. Responsibilities Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close in partnership with our external accountants Manage cash flow, runway planning, and financial reporting for leadership and investors Run vendor, contract, and procurement processes Build the lightweight operational processes a growing company needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a related role Strong understanding of startup accounting and financial planning Comfortable being the first finance hire and building the function from zero Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with numbers Preferred Qualifications Finance or operations experience at a venture-backed startup Familiarity with operating both US and Korean entities CPA or equivalent background About Wordbricks At Wordbricks, we believe AI shouldn't be locked away for tech experts—it should be for anyone who's ever sighed at cluttered files, copy-pasted the same thing 47 times, or spent hours wrangling messy data.
