About the Opportunity MOHR Talent is expanding our delivery team in Miami because we have an abundance of active job orders and new searches coming in right now . This is a high-visibility entry point for someone who wants to build a real career in agency recruiting with consistent requisitions to work and a clear path upward. This position is 100% recruiting and delivery — no business development, no cold calling clients, and no sales quotas . You’ll focus on sourcing, screening, pipeline management, and closing candidates on national searches.
