Job Description
Discover International is currently hiring for an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our winning team. This is an in office job in our office in Brickell, Miami.
\n \nThis is a sales role.
\n \nFunctions of the Role:
\n• Fully support both clients and candidates (grow into full 360 recruitment)
\n• Identify highly qualified candidates for specialized positions in the Life Sciences
\n• Oversee the complete interview cycle between clients and candidates
\n• Maintain relationships with candidates after placing them in a new position
\n \nSkills We Look For
\n• A thirst for sales (cold and warm calling, pitching, negotiating)
\n• Excellent communication, networking, and phone skills
\n• Highly ambitious, competitive, and motivated
\n• Strong organizational skills
\n• Very resilient
