Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

Aequor Healthcare is seeking two experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for a locum tenens Cardiology opportunity in Ohio. This is a well-supported assignment with a collaborative team and a manageable patient volume, a great fit for an APP looking for a structured weekday schedule. Position Details Specialty: Cardiology Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Patient Volume: Up to 12 patients per day Start Date: October 2026 Duration: 8 12 weeks Clinical Responsibilities Provide general cardiology care in an outpatient setting Evaluate and manage patients independently while collaborating with physicians as needed Perform inpatient consults as required (no clinic responsibilities on days with inpatient consults) Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care Team Structure 3 APPs 3 Interventional Cardiologists 1 Electrophysiologist Supportive leadership and strong team collaboration Requirements Active Ohio NP or PA license required at time of presentation Prior cardiology experience preferred About Aequor Healthcare Aequor Healthcare is a leading locum tenens staffing agency dedicated to connecting healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities nationwide.
