What You’ll Do

• Manage your own caseload while collaborating with experienced partners and associates.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial prep.

• Develop strategies, analyze complex legal issues, and advocate for clients in court.

• Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive team culture that values both individual achievement and collective success.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of insurance defense and/or public entity litigation experience (required).

• Strong written and oral communication skills – confident in court and clear on paper.

• Sharp research and analytical abilities with an eagerness to learn.

• California Bar admission in good standing.

• A motivated team player who thrives in a competitive yet collaborative environment.

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
