About the Role We’re looking fora hands-on,motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead ourhousekeeping team andensure every guestenjoys a clean, comfortable,and welcoming stay. You’ll oversee dailyhousekeeping operations, coach and developteam members, andmaintain high standardsacross guestrooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. What You’ll Do Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team Oversee daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas Ensure Marriott brand standards and clean linessexpectations are consistently met Monitor room quality, productivity, supplies, and department performance Work closely with Front Office and other departments to support a smooth guest experience Address guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly Maintain proper safety, chemical handling, and sanitation practices What We’re Looking For 3+ years ofhotel housekeeping experience , preferably with a branded or luxury hotel Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage, and safety procedures Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
