\n \nWe're hiring an Entry-Level Communications Associate in Charlotte, NC. This full-time, on-site role offers hands-on business experience through live promotional campaigns, with the chance to build skills that support long-term career development.
\n \nYou'll represent client brands at promotional events and retail locations, engaging customers face-to-face and contributing to sales and customer acquisition goals.

\nYou'll receive paid, hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship as you learn how campaigns operate, how teams achieve shared objectives, and how to improve your performance.
\n \nWith consistency, initiative, and strong results, you may have opportunities to develop leadership skills and take on additional team or campaign responsibilities over time.
\n \nWhere You'll Make an Impact

- Represent client brands at promotional events, retail activations, and other campaign locations around Charlotte. \n
- Introduce customers to products and services, explain benefits, answer questions, and help them make informed decisions. \n
- Contribute to customer acquisition and individual and team sales goals. \n
- Work alongside colleagues to deliver organised campaigns and positive customer experiences. \n
