Responsibilities Conduct new patient consultations and present customized orthodontic treatment plans Educate patients and families on treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements Manage patient records, scheduling, and follow-up communications Coordinate with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient experiences Process insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and benefit breakdowns Drive case acceptance by building trust and rapport with patients and guardians Maintain accurate documentation in practice management software Requirements Prior experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and treatment procedures Experience with dental practice management software Excellent communication, presentation, and patient education skills Ability to discuss financial arrangements and payment plans with confidence Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care About Us NBC Orthodontics Incorporated is a trusted orthodontic practice serving the Georgetown, TX community with a commitment to creating beautiful, confident smiles.
