Dental Treatment Coordinator

Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Round Rock! We are looking for someone to guide patients through their treatment journey from diagnosis to scheduling. The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping patients understand their recommended treatment, make informed decisions, and move forward with care.

Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 8am-5pm (hour lunch)

Responsibilities

• Present and explain recommended dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate, and easy-to-understand manner
• Review treatment recommendations, clinical findings, and next steps with patients
• Educate patients on the importance and benefits of completing recommended treatment
• Discuss treatment fees, insurance benefits, financing options, and available payment arrangements
• Proactively address patient questions, concerns, and financial objections
• Schedule patients for diagnosed treatment and follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while meeting established performance and case acceptance goals

Qualifications

• 12 years of dental treatment coordination, dental front office, or related healthcare experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and treatment planning
• Experience discussing dental insurance, treatment fees, and financing options preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

$23-25/hr
