If you thrive in the field, enjoy variety in your day, and take pride in being the person who gets things working again, we'd love to hear from you.** Why This Role Is Different*** Diverse work supporting multiple customers, locations, and systems* Opportunity to work independently while being backed by an experienced team* Exposure to mechanical, electrical, diesel, and industrial process systems* Significant customer interaction and problem-solving responsibility* Clear path for professional growth and skill development** What You'll Be Doing*** Perform field service work safely and efficiently at customer locations* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment issues* Complete preventive maintenance and repair activities* Manage parts inventory and equipment readiness* Identify and proactively address potential safety concerns involving company and customer-owned equipment* Provide technical support and recommendations to customers* Document service work, findings, and corrective actions* Utilize critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment and operational challenges* Communicate technical information clearly to customers and internal teams* Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with team members** Where You'll Make an Impact**You'll serve as the face of our organization in the field, helping customers maintain critical equipment and operations.
