Our growing insurance and financial services office is looking for a Sales Team Member who wants more than just another job. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by goals, and wants to develop valuable sales and relationship-building skills.

Insurance experience is not required. We provide training, coaching, and support to help the right person learn our products, systems, sales process, and industry.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Team Member, you will:

• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Have meaningful conversations to understand customers' needs and goals
• Provide insurance options that help customers protect what matters most
• Generate new business through leads, follow-up, referrals, and outbound activity
• Present products and coverage options confidently and professionally
• Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Learn multiple insurance and financial services products
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
