Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a degreed Sales and Marketing Analyst with 5 years or more marketing experience. Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the Real Estate sales channel. Position will also support other relationships and projects within the Retail Partnerships and Channel Development efforts for the Mass Market retail natural gas portfolio. Schedule: 2 days in office (Monday & Thursday) / 2 days in the sales field (Tuesday & Wednesday) / Friday is remote. 60% Travel using personal vehicle. Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities By Competency Functional Expertise Grow the mover/real estate channel by increasing and maximizing the number of real estate program participants and referrals, resulting in new customer acquisitions. Recommend and implement approved strategy to achieve this goal. Lead program sales/support efforts. Initiate and conduct face‑to‑face presentations to introduce the program and benefits to brokers, offices, agents and target real‑estate influencers. Conduct meetings and presentations to onboard new partners and members through orientations, training, CE classes, team meetings and other opportunities. Develop and facilitate opportunities to drive program engagement and results, including monthly call campaigns, tradeshows and industry event participation, seasonal campaigns, contests or events. Provide marketing support for the real‑estate channel from development through distribution of print and digital communication/marketing campaigns, including program kits, email, direct mail, video, presentation materials, etc. Work with agencies and vendors to dovetail existing brand messaging to promote program awareness and engagement. Administer the real‑estate referral/rewards program, including onboarding, approvals, inquiries and awarding participants. Recommend and coordinate improvements for program‑related referred customer‑facing landing pages and experience, including ease of enrollment and effectively capturing referral data. Implement day‑to‑day program operations, drive customer acquisition, and report and analyze KPIs to ensure program meets set goals. Recommend solutions to drive program growth. Communicate objectives clearly and coordinate all aspects of integrated campaigns to deadlines and on budget. Business Acumen Know the overall business and think ahead of obstacles and challenges while recommending acquisition strategy. Analyze and evaluate data to identify opportunities, recommend solutions or problem‑solve. Document processes and outline program guidelines to align with business rules. Engagement Initiate and engage in face‑to‑face sales activities. Communicate clearly, effectively and professionally with internal management, across departments, influencers, customers, agencies, and vendors. Driving Results Provide reporting for program performance, campaign effectiveness, profitability, CPA and other data as needed. Understand operations processes, call center support, billing and reporting systems for programs and promotions and communicate and run them smoothly. Coordinate development, fulfillment and distribution of sales collateral, newsletters, promotional items, and training materials for agencies, operations, call centers and other direct sales support. Provide support for direct sales effort and on‑site customer training. Education, Certifications/Licenses Bachelor’s Degree or seven years progressive experience in sales and program management required. Required Experience Five years of experience in program management or account management. Utility and/or Real Estate a plus. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a channel or program development for retail or deregulated company. Experience managing referral, affinity programs and/or loyalty programs. Experience developing affiliate marketing programs or digital/mobile marketing. Experience with social media or creating online communities. Required Technical Skills & Knowledge Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to influence action. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Work well under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects in a timely and organized fashion. Problem‑solve skills: listen, identify root cause, offer recommendations and determine best resolution. Experience with marketing budgets and forecasts. Preferred Technical Skills Proficient with MS-Excel, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and social media platforms. Some experience with CRMs, email marketing platforms. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Travel required (~60% travel). Must be able to travel to customer location with personal vehicle. Will be working in an office environment. Physical requirements include standing for presentations, transporting, setting up and breaking down banners/backdrops and giveaway items for sales events/tradeshows. This position may require some bending, lifting, climbing, prolonged sitting, prolonged walking, walking on gravel or crawling when necessary.
