Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design, and implementation of new or enhanced systems. Establishes standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems. Understand how technology can be used to create this optimum solution for the client, and supports the best framework for the solution, down to the level of designing screens, reports, programs, and other components. Determine the data needs and participate in the solution design and development by actively validating data solutions. Responsibilities Collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion Identifying specific business opportunities Influencing stakeholders to support business projects Testing business processes and recommending improvements Demonstrates flexibility within a variety of changing situations while working with various individuals and groups Able to breakdown raw information and undefined problems into specific, workable components that in-turn clearly identifies the issues at hand Gathers and analyzes information or data on current and future trends of best practice. Seeks information on issues impacting the progress of organizational and process issues. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or MIS preferred. An adequate knowledge and understanding of existing IT technologies and how they are utilized within business units in support of business processes Experience in an enterprise data environment Knowledge of ERP systems and integration points with in-house and third-party systems Ensures the quality, completeness, security, privacy, and integrity of data throughout the data lifecycle Works with clients, business analysts, project managers, technical staff, and team members to plan, design, develop, implement, and enhance applications, scripts, procedures, and metadata for relational databases General knowledge of data storage and data analysis solutions General knowledge of information technologies (those currently used within the system and new technologies) General knowledge of IT infrastructure components Tool/Skills Required Excel high level, Pivot Tables Outlook medium level Word medium level Self-driven Good time management Support/service attitude
