Job Description

Repair and service personal computers and related hardware
Diagnose technical issues accurately and perform first-time fixes
Meet customer service and productivity expectations
Work in a fast-paced production/repair environment
Support operations outside of the assigned repair station when needed
Perform all other duties assigned by the Client Management Team, including Supervisors and Leads

Requirements

Previous PC repair experience required
Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be 18 years or older
Must be proficient in English

Preferred Skills

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
