Instructional Systems Specialist

Duties

Provides quality assurance, evaluation, and advisory services for instructional systems and training programs offered by the organization.

Monitors quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness of training and training development based on knowledge of adult-model educational learning theories, principles, methods, techniques, and best practices.

Provides guidance and assistance to course managers and cadre in order to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.

Provides guidance to the course managers and cadre regarding the improvement, design, development, implementation, and documentation of training programs utilizing the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) model.

Prepares reports on training effectiveness to note best practices or recommend changes to curricula or methodology.
