Hospice Registered Nurse

3HC Home Health & Hospice Care Inc. is seeking an Inpatient Hospice Nurse, RN to provide skilled nursing care for patients requiring continuous inpatient support. The role involves weekend rotation and, when needed, weekend shifts. You will conduct admissions, assess medical history and co-morbidities, document care, educate patients and families, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure compassionate, compliant care in a restraint-free, smoke-free campus environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
