Take A Step LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Live-In Caregiver/DSP to provide direct support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a residential setting. The caregiver resides in the home and helps individuals maintain a safe, stable, person-centered environment while promoting independence, dignity, choice, and community participation.

Take A Step is an RN-led, trauma-informed organization . The Live-In Caregiver works closely with the RN, House Manager, management team, families, and other members of the individual's care team.
